Not long after Harriet arrives on the island, she meets the mysterious Dominic. She is still trying to find out more about Dominic when the police find the bodies of two girls. The girls attend the same art school as Harriet. Soon everyone on the island is wondering how the girls died, while some wonder who the handsome boy Dominic is. Harriet, who by all accounts is a stranger on the island, suddenly finds herself helping the police solve the mystery behind the death of the girls.
